This recipe is definitely for the Wings lovers, so simply but delicious, the tartness from the Lemon contracted by the sweetness from the sugar is absolute bliss.

Clean Wings, season and leave in the fridge overnight for best results or minimum 4 hours.
These Wings are fried so you’ll want to heat oil in a pan or fryer, heat to roughly 375°F. Coat wings individually making sure to get a good coating on them, shake off excess coating and place wings in pan to fry, do not overcrowd your pan for maximum crispness, fry your wings for about 15 mins, turning halfway if not fully submerged.
Whilst Wings are frying start making the sauce. Add Lemon juice to a pan and heat gently, add sugar then add the butter whilst stirring, then add peppercorns.
Once all wings are done, add them to a bowl, pour sauce over them, toss and enjoy
